I received an offer for 1 year’s free access to identialert. How do I claim this?

When you purchased your Petplan policy, you should have received a welcome email. If you’re eligible to receive the identialert offer, there will be a code in the email. Go online to your identibase account and enter the code at checkout to receive 1 year’s free access to identialert.
