My policy covers an illness/injury for 12 months but my pet's treatment is delayed because of COVID-19 and it now won’t happen in my 12 month cover limit, what can I do?

Because of these extreme circumstances we’re happy to provide assistance for customers who are nearing the end of their 12 month cover limit (where this would have expired in March, April, May or June 2020) and are finding their pet’s treatment is being delayed.
