My pet's dental treatment is delayed because of COVID-19, will I still be covered for related treatments?

If your pet was due to have routine care such as annual vaccinations or a dental examination from 1st March 2020, but couldn’t as a result of COVID-19, we’re giving a 6 month grace period from when this care was due. This means that within this 6 month period we’ll assess claims as if the routine care was carried within the timescales we require even if it hasn’t been, to help protect you and your pet.
